Shipping
Deliveries will be made within 2 working days after you place your order.
To us, delivering what you have ordered is of great importance. However, it is possible that we unexpectedly do not have stock for the item you ordered and paid for. Should this occur, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible and credit the paid amount including shipping fee immediately.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange if the return is announced within 7 working days from receipt of the product.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached.
Well-founded complaints regarding quality issues must be announced within 30 days from receipt of the product. All goods are inspected upon return. Isla Ibiza Store has the right not to accept and refund the returned goods when the complaint proves to be unjustified.
Shipping costs for returns are always borne by the buyer. Isla Ibiza Store will only refund shipping fees in case of well-founded complaints in regards to quality issues.
We cannot accept online purchase returns at any of our physical stores. Online purchase returns must be returned to our warehouse following instructions below.
Online Returns Procedure
To return your item(s) to the Isla Ibiza Store, always contact us first to announce your return:

We will provide you with a return number.
Please Note: we will not be able to process your refund and we will send your package back to you if you return items without a return number!
All returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached.
The goods are buyers responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Refunds
Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 30 days. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees, in the original form of payment.
